After purchasing a product at Turboworks.lt, you have the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase or collection. We will replace the defective product free of charge or refund your money if you wish. Goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the “Rules for returning and exchanging goods”, approved in 2001. June 29 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217.

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

• The returned product must be in a neat and original packaging (changes in the packaging necessary to inspect the product are not considered essential damage or loss of the product’s appearance).
• The product must be free of defects that could arise due to the fact that the Customer violated the rules of use or storage/storage of the product.
  The returned product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
• The returned item must be in the same package as it was delivered to the customer;
• Returned goods must be unused;
• The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the above conditions;
• When redecorating the goods, they must be delivered via couriers or brought to the place yourself (Panerių st. 11-24, Vilnius). All costs related to the transportation of the product to the warranty service are paid by the Buyer;
• The money for the product is returned by transfer to the account indicated by the buyer.
  Money is returned within 14 days. in the same way as it was paid.

If you sent the goods via Lithuanian Post, the parcel must be delivered directly to Panerių st. 11-24, Vilnius, LT-03211, MB Soltoma headquarters, we do not collect goods from the post office.
